WHO SHOULD ATTEND EDC?

20th Annual Education and Development Conference [EDC2025] welcomes all those interested and working in the areas covered by the conference themes. More specifically, it targets: ​

• Scholars: Present your research and share knowledge with others; Connect with colleagues and professionals working in the fields of educational development, teaching and learning, technology education and more; Find ideas and potential collaborators for future research. 
• Policy makers: Learn from leading experts on issues related to educational technology and best practices in educational systems around the world. Connect with colleagues from across the globe, exchange ideas and experience. 
• Professionals: Share your experience, meet colleagues and network with international community of professionals in the field of education and development.
• NGOs: Raise awareness of your work, learn, share and connect with global stakeholders, possible donors and colleagues from around the world.
• Graduate students: Meet your colleagues, make new friends, improve your communication skills and knowledge on the subject at hand; Get valuable feedback on your research from international audience of leading scholars and professionals.
• Others: Individuals who want to contribute by making a positive change, gaining new knowledge, skills, making new friends and become more useful to their own communities.

Registration fee includes

• Conference brochure in a digital format
• Conference kit: conference bag, hard copy of the conference program, notebook, pen, conference name tag and gift (for in-person attendees)
• Invoice of the registration fee
• Admission to all conference sessions (for in-person attendees)
• Snacks, coffee and lunch breaks throughout the conference (for in-person attendees)
• Review of the paper and its publication in the official conference proceedings (for authors)
• Presentation of accepted paper/ presentation or workshop 
• Copy of the conference proceedings
• E-Certificate of attendance (hard copy of the certificate for for in-person attendees)

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE TO ATTEND THE CONFERENCE

Due to a non for profit nature of the conference, we have very limited resources to financially support our attendees. Instead, we encourage participants to search for funding from outside organizations and we provide accepted applicants with the letter of support to enhance their fundraising efforts. A number of our participants receive some sort of funding from their home universities as well as from the local NGO, corporate and governmental sectors in their communities.

In addition, we can offer a limited amount of scholarships in the form of admission fee reduction and a full admission fee waiver for attendees from war affected areas and participants from countries that are subject to international sanctions. Please, note that only a limited number of scholarships can be allocated, depending on the available budget and quality of application. The evaluation process may take up to 2 months.
